The most likely reason IMO why those 2 patches do not work is because 7 of the patches you correctly selected the SH5 folder and the other 2 you made mistakes by not selecting the SH5 folder correctly.
All 9 patches must be pointed to the SH5 folder and this means 43 ok's when it is done correctly and you will see all 9 then displayed.
Unless you sort out the generic patcher you are going to experience more ctd's and an unplayable game.

No, that was not the case, sadly.
Im not new to game modding btw... but the thing that worries me is that after 3 reinstalss, I keep getting
same error with generic file patcher! kind of
"file is used by another program" and I dont know which as I dont use uplay... SH5 is closed during the process ofc... so Ill go for another reinstall right now and check if that happens again!
