I understand how those things work. Tire contact patches and grip and such. Might I remind you only one of the two incidents was due to poor driving techniques. Such behaviors were long ago corrected.
I will say, on record, that my experiences driving, fixing, taking apart, and breaking cars has greatly influenced my decision to major in mechanical engineering. It has also led me to working for Missouri Department of Transportation Highway Safety division each summer educating younger drivers about the dangers. 
I will also tell you (just for giggles) that I am dabbling in amateur racing and will be entering in SCCA Autocross Stock Class next year.   |
