Like Sartoris, I also have that patch enabled.
I originally mentioned that I encountered the odd dates while in the Baltic mission, but while on the Eastern Coastal Waters mission patrolling my quadrant, I sunk a transport. The date on that was even more strange than the others: 113031-66-21.
