Maybe I can just copy the whole Main Mod from NewUI TDC and overwrite all files? Then I just have to know which files I can delete.

ah, before activate mods.
delete a file wolvesmod\data\Menu\Gui\Layout -> TBT_1024 del it!
wolvesmod\Data\Menu\Gui\ -> Binocular.dds del it too.
then it will work fine!
