Is that the one with Tom Baker (aka Doctor Who) as Rasputin? If so, the moment he entered his first scene was where they lost me. I couldn't stop thinking "It's the Doctor!" every time he was onscreen.
Also the fact that I found it unbelievable SLOW up to that point. I was pretty much ready to give up on it anyway. I remember thinking, I know why this movie is so long, it's because it takes forever for anything to happen in it.
