Nope. I don't work for D-Link.
There is a noticeable difference in the speed of pages loading. Keep in mind I connected with the older looking telephone looking deal in the back of the machine. This D-Link connects via USB. I'm not a computer wizard but I believe USB is a faster connection. This is not a scientific test but in my mind I notice a better speed.
