CH gear user myself since over twelve years: Fighterstick and ProThrottle. This is usable for everything, and maybe the most easiest of them all to program, it also is very flexible. I use the Throttle as key command centre for other sims as well, racing for example.

Throw in a couple of SimPed Pro pedals. Foot spacing is wider than with most other pedals, which I consider to be more comfortable.

And a must for flightsimming: TrackIR.
