As always - if this is your first time using OHII you must start a new career.
If you are upgrading from v1.5 with patch3b - save your game in the bunker and uninstall old version and patch. Replace with new v1.6
Some changes will take place straight away (new units) and campaign changes will take place when you progress to the next campaign
