Most of those are already there. The only one missing is French Africa, and would probably be a quite boring one.
Anyway, deployed from Alexandria to Oran? Maybe one sub on passage from Gibraltar to the East was there, but I don't think they'd send a number of submarines across.
This is another point I'd like to add, most careers for T-Class or U-Class boats should start in Gibraltar or in Alexandria (for the older boats from the Far East) and then be sent wherever accordingly, but for the moment I don't know how to implement it.
In any case, when you find something unhistorical, this part of the Readme.pdf in the download applies:
