Mission Parameters is for the Start date, end date and weather.
And enemy subs, why don't they attack even though they I'm American and the enemy is Japanese.
The subs have to be modded before they will attack.
These are all big problems for me as i like to test my ships limits with really difficult missions and obstacles.
