If these cartridges were still widely available, preferably the consoles themselves as well, then I would agree it's a bad thing.
As it stands though, they're denying the young, up-and-coming gamers the chance to play a classic like Super Mario Bros. That's just evil.
(Let's just forget about Nintendo releasing the classics for Wii and DS, for the sake of argument.
