GT 240 is rebranded a 9800GT, which is a rebranded 8800GT. I'd get something different.
I don't think i5 is triple-channel, i7 is though. I'll check it, but I think you should couple that CPU with either 2x1GB or 2x2GB.

Matter of preference, but I'd swap that drive for a Western Digital, and perhaps go with a Gigabyte board.
