Just an observation: You made some sensors (e.g. radar) use the crew efficiency. In my last patrol I had several incidents were the radar and hydrophone range and detection probability varied
wildly. Any tips or thoughts on this issue? I am still not sure if I like it. It sure makes the game more exciting and I like that very much, but otoh it is a bit annoying to have to check the radar myself to detect contacts with an inexperienced crew.
One time there were e.g. three ships easily visible on the radar screen, but nobody reported them until they were VERY close.
I know I already said that, but i REALLY like the new periscopes
