Need some help! I'm running TMO 1.7 and latest patches + RSRDC v411 patch 1. My boat (S-Class)was rebased to Dutch Harbor in late 42. When I start the next patrol I can't move.. it comes up with "Cannot Comply" Any Ideas? I have a full crew.
