Transferred from Bergen, Norway to Lisahally on 30 May, 1945 for Operation Deadlight.

U-880 (Type IXC-40)

Sunk 16 April, 1945 in the North Atlantic, in position 47.18N, 30.26W, by depth charges from the US destroyer escorts USS Stanton and USS Frost. 49 dead (all hands lost).
