I'm sorry that you can't find the IJN Fleet, but I handed you the position on a "silver platter". If you saw the "air strike" that mean that the units all spawned correctly. You just need to look harder, because the ships are there. Also the time you need to be there is the "4th of June" not the "3rd of June" as you stated above.
