That one looks quite inaccurate. I think the book "Tom Clancy's Submarine" has a three view drawing.

beautiful wallpaper there Fish...

but i think that's either a 688 (SSN688 LA Class) or 688FlightII (SSN719 USS Providence and the next few)... FlightII boat would be my guess...

but for modelling sake, you could take the dive planes from the sail of the sub in this pic, stick em midway down on the hull, fwd of the sail, and you'll pretty much have a 688I (SSN751 San Juan and later)...
