First thing you need is a 3D program that will do animations.
Then learn how to rig a model and create the motions.

Blender is free as is Art of Illusion.
I can't help you with those but study and play with them and you'll learn.
Being 14? You have lots of time.
:03:

There is no released Tool to change SH4 animations to SH3 animations.
Same with SH5 animations. No Tool released. Yet.

Now. S3D will export the animations of Secondary charaters. When you export the 3D model there is an extra tab to do so.
You'll get multiple obj files.

These are not the best specs and 8 GB RAM is a little bit less, but Blender should work in your case.

I don't use Blender, because I have and use another 3D application for SH5 and can't help you with blender.
Maybe kapuhy can help you, because, if I remember correctly, he uses Blender for his 3D models.

I use Blender 2.76 with a Linux OS, an Intel 2 GHz graphic shipset, and only 2 GB of RAM.

It's called study and practice
(To do or perform (something) repeatedly in order to acquire or polish a skill.)

No one is going to do animations for you. Trust me on that!
Watch youtube videos and read! That's how I learned and taught myself.

:hmmm:
Ya'll might get lucky here soon. Working on something that could take Animations from SH5 and export the 3D meshes AND each pose from every frame in the animation and create the obj files to import to SH3 as MeshAnimations.
:o

:o

Well it hard when it has no Bones also that why i make separated hand/leg/head Lol

A quick example of Manipulating SH5 animations before exporting.
There is NO Animation like that in SH5! I assign objects as I wish them to appear.
Last step is to get the animations to export to multiple obj files so they can be imported to SH3.
