seaQuest

I'm a bit surprised no one has modded that futuristic and very capable sub into the game. I understand it would be very overpowered, but it would be fun to play.

LMAO i forgot about that sub.

160 knots and twice the size of a Typhoon.
It would make torpedo evasion easy, just step on the gas. On the other hand, depth charge launches would have a nice big target.

at 160 knots and 8km deep, i doubt the firing computer could even compute the lead for firing

I'll take the Seaview with the Flying Sub please.

The AI computer firing solution for depth charges has no probs when using the USS Excelsior. I have been blasted a few times when not paying attention and scooting around at 250kts, their shots seem to be on target. As for torps, forget it.

Except you have the Excelsior in the more subs mod that can do 250kts (and disappointingly doesn't have the Enterprise sensor sound for sonar).
