Amazing gunnery

An incredible salvo.
There I am with the Scouting forces NW of scotland, two cargos are spotted one ahead one astern. Off goes two CLs to capture them, the first is captured but the chase on the one astern sights the remnants of the grand fleet coming up
Pushing the luck a little to get the capture when the British BBs open fire at extreme range on Pillau which was conducting the chase. Miraculously 3 of the shells manage to hit DD V-100 at the astounding range of between 90-95000metres.
A bit of a bug methinks:hmmm:

Bug? So the British got lucky and the first salvo hit your ships, it's not so far fetched.

Perhaps they were using Saddams fictional supergun.
They hit a ship that was at nearly 3 times the visible range and 4 times the extreme maximum range of that gun, so "far fetched" would be an understatement to say the least.
Its like me shooting at a crow at back of my house with a shotgun and hitting a sparrow on the other side of town.

Oh, 95,000 meters, thought you said 9,500. :damn:

Never seen that happen.

Sounds like.

Do you have a save of that battle, or the game log file still? If so, please send them in on a ticket so we can look at them.

I have a save before the battle and one two battles later(after trying to clear up the channel when one battle ends straight into another).
What is a log file?

Well, send the save before and after with a drescription of the problem.

By log files, I mean game_log.txt, which is in the main Jutland folder. This file is created whenever you exit Jutland and is backed up I think 10 times. Soi check the time stamps on them and send the one(s) that straddle(s) the time of this battle.
