Ordering DW manual
 

I'm not sure where to post this, and this looked like the closest topic in the forums. I ordered the manual to Dangerous Waters on Saturday, April 26th, and was charged for it. However, I never recieved a conformation e-mail and still have not recieved the manual. I'm not sure who to contact to find out the status of my order. Any help would be greatly apprecited. I tried e-mailing subsim@subsim.com and have not as of yet recieved anything back.

Anyone?
 

Please, can anyone point me in the right direction. It's been two weeks now, i've had no communication, and I'm not sure what to do now. Does anyone know who in particular runs the store that I can e-mail either to see if the book was shipped or if I can get a refund?
