In later Updates is there going to be a manned Helm station in the control room?

Here your diving from a fighter Plane attack, most of your crew is safe except this
poor helmsman in the tower. He doesn't belong there.
The tower's surface helm & inner tower helm were used with the UZO & attack scope to better your shot angle if needed.

Tower interior was the primary helm station. And that makes sense right, because that man can receive easy vocal orders from the bridge. There was no rudder control unit on the bridge permanently, the one from the tower was removed and brought up there when the crew was at maneuvering stations in port.
