I found this week this very cool real navigation mod for TWoS from Alpheratz.

1. Main Mod:
Contains a compass, V-Tafel tables for overhauling maneuvers, other useful tables for manual celestial navigation use
and a slide rule MHR1, which are located in the directory: key E-->User charts-->Real navigation.
I wrote instructions for MHR1, which I also added to the User chart catalog.
The main mod contains fixes for correct celestial navigation with the Moon and Sun, which were not added to the game after the release of TWoS 2.2.24.

2. Optional mods:
A) Rundschieber. German slide rule for torpedo firing with Auswanderungsverfahren "A" and "B" historical methods.
I put it in place of RAOBF, so if you want to keep using RAOBF you should not install this mod.
B) Messkarte. A tool for calculating the azimuths of celestial bodies, nautical twilight, rising and setting of the Moon and the Sun.
Placed on the reverse side of the attack disc. If you want to keep using the slide rule on the back of the attack disc, you should not install this mod.
C) Damage control. Reworked damage control panel, taken from my previous mod. This mod should only be activated if you start a new campaign with a new U-boat.

How to install mods:

1. You must have TWoS 2.2.24 or later installed.
2. Before installation, mods must be placed in the TWoS_Parts folder for subsequent installation via JSGME.
3. Both the main mod and the rest of the mods must be installed/uninstalled before patrolling.
After activating the mods, you should not load game saves made during patrols before installing the mods.
4. The main (main) mod must be installed
before mods:
-TWoS Real Navigation;
-TWoW Real Navigation_New Sextant;
-TWoS Ship Auto Recognition;
-TWoS Campaign Advance Verifier_Testing.
5. Optional mods Rundschieber and Messkarte can be installed at any time and in any order, subject to the conditions of paragraph 3.
6. The optional Damage Control mod should only be installed before starting a new campaign on a new boat.
