Having already posted at #13 in a personal capacity I would like to post on behalf of those Grey Wolves who are unable to for a variety of reasons....

We all salute you Sir and offer our sincerest and deepest condolences to your family.

Thank you for the great salute to my Dad. I am his oldest Daughter (hate that phrase for sure, but I am) and I have so many great stories about the Sam Houston. I loved the "Try Me" slogan and I think that my daughter "Sam" has that jacket of Dads now!

I never knew this gentleman of the seas. I am sure he will be missed by many. Sympathy is expressed to those he leaves behind.

Captain Zeb worked the last part of life to prevent the tragedy of losing a precious and unique submarine, the Cavalla. How much more tragic it is to lose the man!

They could build a replica submarine. There will never be a replica Captain Zeb Alford. Salute!
