Patrol in Pacific Ocean?

Hello there, I'm new to this forum and SH3, anyway my question is, can you patrol in the Pacific Ocean or basically any other ocean than the Atlantic? And is it different patrolling the other ocean than the Atlantic (e.g you can't gain renown)? Oh yeah, and my SH3 version is GWX 3 Gold.

Ah I see, looks like I already enabled the Merged Campaign so that means I can already patrol the Med and Black Sea. I suppose you need to transfer to another flotilla to enable patrol missions?
