Help with GWX in french

Hello everyone,

after a spur of the moment decision to pic up SH3 on steam for sale, and lots of research, battling with slow internet and load orders, i finally have SH3 up and running and looking pretty good too hahah. so i jump into the game, kriegsmarine get foolish enough to let me sail off in my very own uboat, the sparky informs me i have a radio message, all good and well, until i realize its in french, i dont know if BDU thinks im a future vichy french captain, or the french took berlin.. but somethins up... all jokes aside hahaah does anyone have any suggestions or ideas on how to fix this? both my radio messages and some other interfaces are in french (Texts is set to english) or maybe someone ran into this aswell?? hope to hear from you guys soon!

Hi mate,

Should be easy to resolve. Open up the JSGME application in the main SH3 directory and disable the mod 'GWX - Fix French'.

Also if you're very new to this, don't run the GWX Black Sea & Indian Ocean mods unless you're only operating in those areas, because they eliminate all traffic from the Atlantic and Mediterranean. More info can be found in the very useful GWX manual. Hope this helps!

Re: GWX merged campaign...

If memory serves Me correctly, there is in GWX, a merged campaign... as to what the traffic is like in that, can't say exactly.. but would think it would at least be some measure of it in that optional mod load.. I would think... :hmmm:
