What's the difference between Silent Hunter 5 Gold edition and Collector's Edition?

Are there differences and which one do you recommend to buy?

Do they both run under Windows 10 with The Wolves of Steel Mod?

Sorry I'm late, but if anyone else finds this I have SH5 Gold and it runs fine on Win 11.
