Installing Sobers MegaMod?
 

Looking at all the guides for this mod there is one in amongst the 'Yellow' ones on 'Installing the mods' but that little file which is shown to be in Utilities isn't actually there.
Watching the vid it installs all the mods easily instead of each one manually!!

Also the video showing the Megamod in play, also shows the Wolves of Steel installed is this a prerequisite?

Utilities is a tab that is part of downloads.
You can see Downloads next to User CP.

This has since been removed as it is out of date but still can be seen in the video.
The video is showing the mods listed for 10th July 2015 10072015 and is now out of date and has been replaced by the latest one
Mods List sobers 2101 06052016 (correct order and up to date mods afaik).

Just go to sobers post #1 and you will see all the mods currently being used.
Post #2 shows you all the download links so that you can update your mods to the current ones.

sober refer to TWOS because a lot of the F.A.Q. tips information in there is also relevant to sobers mega mod.
