bug on mission

Hello, is there anyone here who can help me? I use Stiebler4C_V16B1 on silent hunter 3 GWX but there is something strange that is on the 7th flotilla no base is detected in Konigsberg but only shows an empty base, and if I start the game I start in an area on the west coast of Africa. Is there a way to fix it this ?

the problem is solved by editing the txt file in the Stiebler4C_V16B1 file menu section with the default txt file on the gwx silent hunter 3
