Have submerged ranges been fixed?

Currently this is one of the most aggravating things in 1.4. The submarines simply won't reach their stated ranges underwater, no matter what ranges are plugged in. I've tried values as high as 500 miles at 2 knots, and still the boats come up 20 miles short. (It should be 96 miles at 2 knots).

Dan, has this been fixed?

I've tried everything that I know (which ain't much) and cannot get the right range. I really hope it gets fixed but I bet its not on the table.:shifty:
