New model and book sighted!
I was at the hobby store todat when I sighted a new submarine book! Warship Pictorial #28 Gato Type Fleet Submarines. 72 pages, SB. Wow, this book is all pictures! It has some great dry dock photos of the Pampanito in drydock in color. There is a pleathora of close-up photos of every part of the sub, from building to service photos. This is a must for the hobbiest! It has several weapon technical drawings. $18.95
I also sighted a 1/144 USS Gato-1944 by Trumpeter. $42.00 It looked pretty cool, but I wasn't able to buy it.
