Hello! Just bought SH3 and SH4 from steam. I have to admit, I know nothing about sub sims, and don't really have much time daily to play games due to real life resposibilities. Which of these would be easier to pick up and what mods would you recommend for a newbie?

My wife won't allow me to do that though :lol:

By the way, I seem to be unable to download Fall of the Rising Sun Ultimate for SH4. When I click download, it leads me to a page that says "Sorry, you do not have permission to access this page."
What should I do?
