my game keeps crashing on campaign load. I tried several fixes but it didn't work
 

I changed game compatibility mode, removed the 2008 C++ etc. Any other fix? I'm on windows 10 btw

EDIT: fixed it, I had some problems on my end. All good now though.

Is it crashing when you first start the campaign or are you using a save in the middle of the campaign

It crashes when I launch the campaign.

Which version (Steam, DVD) of SH5 do you have and which patch version?
Do you use any mods and if yes, which one and in which order?
Do you have the same issue with single mission/historical missions?


You can try, but I don't think that will be a reason, to start SH5 in compatibility mode to Win7 and with admin rights.

Right now I would say mod soup but sh5 unmodified was a mess and was junk
