Regia Marina - Littorio class battleships - 2021 edition
 

Hi everyone!

I'm glad to release this new mod: Littorio class italian battleships (Vittorio Veneto, Littorio\Italia amd Roma), including their scout planes IMAM RO43!

This is the thirteenth of a serie of units for Regia Marina, a major work who started after i've start a collaboration with flush deck, in order to "homogenise" various italian warships i've released during a lot of years, and assure a standard quality level for all of them.

Pack include four different units, Littorio, Vittorio Veneto, Italia (late war Littorio) and Roma, and their scout planes IMAM RO43 in two different versions!

As you can see, i've tryed to improve units, adding 3D details like doors, portholes, cables, rails, stairs, liferats, glass windows and visible interios, crew... fixing small design flaws, taking care of "historically accurate" side, etc.
The goal is have a standard level for all my Regia Marina units released until now, and eventually for future releases :hmmm:

One note - the IMAM Ro.43 is a naval float reconnaissance aircraft with 1-2 crew members, and the IMAM Ro.44 is a single-seat float reconnaissance fighter.

Thanks for the info. Well, the problem is related with original plane model, who was in fact a Ro43, but was named as Ro44. I've used this for rename the "battleship version" Ro44 and avoid conflicts =)
For historical reason, I should specify that some of those planes were replaced on board Littorio class ships, late in the war, by Reggiane Re2000 monoplane fighter. But this was during latest days of war for Italy, so..
