I've seen several AO maps that will remove the shadow for the removed Gate.
Those can be adjusted.
Watch for open Sky showing.
Those I need to flip the faces for.
:nope:

All this so far is done in a hex editor.
The biggest difference?
The CRC has been adjusted to allow GrannyViewer to open it!
:o

In SH5 the Devs for some reason, saw fit to exclude the CRC check.
I would like to think they saw limitations if it remained and did this purposely.
But I have no official statement to that fact from them.

I only bother to correct the CRC as it's much easier to work with Granny Viewer then Goblin.
GrannyViewer provides the information needed to edit things at the base level.

Magic,

The first song is "I'm not Jesus",
by Apocalyptica featureing Corey Taylor from SlipKnot.

The second song is "Veteran of Psychic Wars",
Originally by Blue Oyster Cult,
this version is performed by Tarot.

Both Bands are Finnish by the way.
To me it just seems they have the Old School Heavy Metal thing I love.

My thoughts exactly! I was thinking to myself watching the vid "I love privateers taste in music"..lol

I'm an old Heavy Metal fan from WAY back!
:haha:
As an ex-SoundMan for different Bands in my area I have a deep Love of Music.
I also worked as a SoundMan in different Clubs in days gone by.
I once ran the Sound System for Blue Oyster Cult in one of those clubs!

Dowly turned me on to the Finnish scene and I have to say it ROCKS!
Dowly ROCKS also.

I usually have the sound system cranked up as I work on different things.
With 75 watts pounding out the tunes?
I sometimes wonder what the neighbors are thinking I'm doing.
:haha:

On the Bunker project............
I have an extracter that exports the 2nd UV (AO) channel working.
This makes finding burned shadows an easy task now.
I'll remove the shadow from the Gate I removed now.

2 people have the modified Bunker at this time.

I am takeing no reports as a sign that there are no CTD issues or anything like that?
:hmmm:

Once I adjust a few more simple things then, I'll do a general release.

Amen brother... although I come from the days of Big Hair and dudes wearing makeup (Dude looks like a LADY!). I remember when Metallica had Dave Mustaine as thier lead singer  and most metalheads looked at "Kill'em All" and went WTH is this .... lol

Im gonna have to download that song with Corey Taylor and Apopcalyptica.. Love it! and his voice just compliments thier style of music (dude is talented!)

anywho...sorry to hi-jack... to quote Monty Python "and now for something completely different....a man with two buttocks"... :rotfl2:

Oh and Dowly Rocks...even if he is on the Axis side in WWII Online LOL...

Madox58 09-11-11 01:21 PM

I've got everything by Apocalyptica.
They ROCK in a way that is just so Cool!
Tarot is pretty kick arse also.

I've heard very few Bands in the U.S.A. that still drive this way.
Most seem to have lost the thing I want.
:nope:

And if you wish to go a bit off topic in this thread?
It's my thread and it's OK with me.
I hope the Moderators will follow this thought also.

I just now saw this movie.

Excellent! Jeff. :yeah:
Open Bunker means a new era in SH5 modding.
What a pity that I do not have a computer until now...
and i can't run SH3 even... :O:

Hello Privateer :DL, The game was running normally  with your Mod , no conflicts with other Mods, but I was just testing inside the Bunker, do you think is better to test the full new carreer outside the bunker ?

Madox58 09-11-11 06:08 PM

I highly doubt the modified Bunker should affect any part of the Game.
Only simple 3D parts were adjusted to get the results so far.
Leave the Bunker and do whatever is needed until you return.
The return to the bunker should allow the same walk about.

tonschk 09-11-11 06:12 PM

:03: Thank you very :yeah: very  MUCH :salute: Privateer :woot:
