Distant Guns?

So this may be kind of a stupid question to ask on a Dg/Jutland board but.

Is Distant Guns worth getting? I have played the demo for Jutland and for some reason did not like it as much as when I played Distant Guns. I love the game but I am also wondering whether or not it is worth 60 bucks? Even for a game that most people I've asked (and me) thinks is great that seems a little steep.

BTW Bullethead to can't answer this thread:DL

Rumours say Jutland is more interesting than DG. DG 1.5 is obviously less interesting than previous version - despite fact that inferface is slighly improved. DG 1.5 is beeing purchased just for a "great look" ;) After first impressions pass there is almost constant disappointment of gameplay...

alexsmith constantly complains about the game and seems to be certain the developers are lying about a number of things. But it's generally agreed by others that if you liked the first one, you'll like the second too, or even more. Or, so I heard.

I haven't played DG1.5, but I do play Jutland and it's great.

You might want to ask this on the official DG forums on GamSquad too...

Get the one that concerns the time period most interesting to you. I have both and enjoy them.
