Blinking Lights in my Type IXC?

The title gives you the gist of it. For some reason, at all times, the lights in my type IXC blink. Like warning lights or something. I had a type VIIB for the longest time and never saw that. Is this a feature or some odd bug? And if its a bug, is there a fix?

...:hmmm: blinkin' lights on a slower divin' IXC boat on a nighttime decks-awash approach to a convoy and its' eagle-eyed escort commander would certainly give amp[e notice: "Alert all escorts! There's Plingus amungus!":doh: ...best to use only a submerged approach (:Kaleun_Periskop: not :Kaleun_Binocular:) until you find a solution...or the damn light switch!??:yep::oops::dead:
