B-21 Raider debut.

So, I'm watching the unveiling of the B-21 Raider.

:Kaleun_Salivating:

My first impression is that we stole some tech from the Cylons. :yeah:
Don't get too excited yet, N/G is being very cagey in how much they want to show. Besides, first flight isn't going to happen this year.

Still, it looks more like an evolution of the B-2. :hmmm:

The first flight of the B-21 Raider is scheduled for early 2023. Although, I'm sure prototypes have been flown before this. Although similar in appearances to the B-2 Spirit, The Raider sports new technologies not available at the time the B-2 was produced.

It is slightly smaller and said to be more fuel efficient for longer endurance. The " Roll out " will not have the fanfare and press coverage of the B-2. The U.S I'm sure feels the less said and known about this aircraft, the better. :yep:

Well, we need to understand that the B-21 isn't a fighter looking for customers.

Northrop already cashed the check to design and build it. :arrgh!:

They should do a test flight over Moscow! :D

Ja, if we only had a war to test it out in? [insert hand ringing here]

Is Iraq available to dance?

However, that drone above must not be better or as good as the B21, it is no interceptor. It must only be good enough tp penetrate radar and defences - THAT is the relevant topic.

I was shocked to read that the B2 has been around for 30 years!!

Time flies.

:har::har:

Ya know, Neither of or any of you are wrapped real tight or playing with a full deck. Love it.

May the bone, er, I mean Scwartz be with you all.

We bought the entire Mel Brooks movie set on DVD, including Space Balls and Young Frankenstein. Mel Brooks isn't wrapped real tight either :D.

Not possible, as today's music sucks. (Proven on Mythbusters) Unless, it was a cover band of the B-52s? Rock Lobster?
