Hydophone clipboard stuck to cursor

More often than not the clipboard sticks to the cursor in the centre of the screen wherever it moves to in the compartment view.

How can I:
a. stop it happening
b. detach it

Sometimes it detaches but it never lasts for long

A new install of LSH2-2022
