CPU Hits 90% While Playing Games

Hello Everyone. Recently I built a gaming PC because I am a very good fan of computer games. But I am facing a problem with my PC. That is, all the games are consuming most of the CPU resources, like 80-90%. But GPU consumes only 10-20%. Guys, I am very upset about my computer’s behavior. Can anyone tell me the reason for this and how to solve this issue? Any help will be appreciated.
Configuration of the PC:
10th gen i5-10400
NVIDIA GeForce 730 2GB
8GB, 1x8GB, DDR4, 2666MHz

You have an enormous bottleneck there, that GPU is way too weak for that CPU and I would advise to upgrade the RAM to 16GB 3200Mhz or faster. I imagine your motherboard supports even faster memory.

Thank you so much Mr. Kozel for trying to help me with the suggestions. In fact, my computer was having this problem with all kinds of games, big or small. Later I realized from here that the problem was with my graphics card’s driver. My problem was solved only after I uninstalled it and downloaded and installed the updated driver from the manufacturer's website. Now my graphics are using 45-50% and CPU 55-60%.

Still you have an enormous discrepancy between your very contemporary CPU and your very outdated GPU (too small RAM on it, too slow processor), kozel1 is right.

I also would double the RAM for such a CPU.

Don't mix different types of RAMs, however.
