How do I install the Destroyer Command Super Mods - Iron Seas Bundle Part 1 & Part 1.3??

There are no instructions on how to install them or what folder to unzip them too...

Do I unzip them to Destroyer Command folder and let the files be automatically installed to the DC files??

Its been a few years since I tried out Iron Seas but I believe you are correct. Unzip the Iron Seas files and copy over the DC files. I have this Word document below in my copy of Iron Seas 1.0

Install DC v1.0
Install DCPatch 1.1
Install IronSeas01 ( Copy the Destroyer Command Folder and paste over your existing Destroyer Command Folder. Alternatively use JSGME )

Iron Duke at Sea – Group of four player controlled Iron Duke Class BBs in the North Sea.

Scharnhorst Patrol – a simple encounter with a weaker target.

Destroyer Attack.sdf error message
 

I downloaded both Iron Seas Bundles.
Part 1 works fine.
I admire the detail of the World War One battleships, Iron Duke and Scharnhorst
Would be nice to create a small mini-battle of Jutland using these ships.

But, Part 1.3. for Destroyer Command.
The Single mission, "Destroyer Attack.sdf", comes up with this Error message.
