"Unsinkable" ships in Operation Monsun 7.20?
 
This is the second (maybe third) time it has happened to me. There are merchants in OpMonsun 7.20 I just can't sink. Regardless how many torpedoes you put in them they just will stay afloat...

I've put 5 torpedoes in bow split merchant and all 199 HE shells, the ship was so damaged that it had about 1/3 of the hull missing and it still didn't go down.
I don't know if it has anything to do with nationality but my last two victims flew flag of Panama. Coincidence or some weird bug?

Running:
OpMonsun v7.05
OpMonsun v7.05 to 7.20
OpMonsun 7.20 Patch 1
and bunch of other (mostly graphic mods) which should not affect this...

Anybody else experienced something similar?

Your two patches behind. Current v720 patch is 3

Thanks for getting back to me. That would explain it! :haha:
I can't find patch 2, there's is only 1 and 3 in download section.

Could you point me to the right direction?
(I'm assuming that you have to install them in the right order and each new one does not contain the previous one)

Also, I'm assuming that I have to be at port, corect?

EDIT: Never mind the Patch 2. I just scanned the long readme in the original thread. According to it I don't need 1 and 2 and I have to be in port.

Off to finish my current patrol...

Finished the patrol and downloaded Patch 3.
Didn't fix the problem though on my next patrol I couldn't sink another ship. I happened to be Panamanian (or however you spell it... :)) again.

Am I doing something wrong?

Unfortunately, I didn't have the game saved at the time... :damn:
I don't play DiD but I do play "no saves during patrol".

I will keep my eyes open for next occurrence and post all the info.

Also, yes, I did have an positive ID on the ship: I can't remember exactly but it was either Medium Modern Composite Freighter or Modern Passenger Liner flying Panama flag.
