How do you install V16C (with Steibler) hotfix?

Hello

I was wondering how you install the V16C (steibler) mod. I was trying to figure it out-but I can't seem to do it. It would be lovely.

What are the problems you are having ? Also, you cannot install Stiebler's mod by itself; it requires H.sie's mod too.
