TR-1700 MOD
 

Historical context: The TR-1700 class of diesel-electric oceanic patrol submarines,a joint German-Argentine construction, was operated by the Argentine Navy (ARA) until 2015. The submarines were designed and built by Thyseen Nordseewerke in the 1980s.The original 1977 plan provided for six vessels, two type 1700 built in Germany and two type 1700 and two type 1400 built in Argentina. The final agreement of 1982 contemplated six type 1700 "Advanced", planned to build the last four in Argentina.Unfortunately, only two submarines were fully operational.

The submarines included here are:

ARA Santa Cruz (S-41) and ARA San Juan (S-42) circa 1984.

Installation:

AS ALWAYS, MAKE A PREVIOUS BACKUP OF ANY FILE THAT WILL BE REPLACED!!!.

Replace or add new files to "DotMod"according to their location in the "TR1700" mod folders.In addition,we've added: 1.A modified "Editor.txt"so that you can add it to your own naval combats.It is the only modification made to that file.2.A modified "summary.txt"so that you can add it to your own "Campaign002".3.A"single005.txt"so that you can add it to your own fight.

AGAIN....MAKE A PREVIOUS BACKUP OF ANY FILE THAT WILL BE REPLACED!!!.
