T34 vs Tiger and prioaff.exe

Ok, first let me give some back ground: I started using Prioaff a few years
ago with Windows 2000 pro. In December 09 I switched OS to XP. I do not
know if XP needs this or not but I just kept using Prioaff (in Win 2000
it was needed to use both CPUs).
So give it a try and fallow these instructions and you should be OK.

1.) Make sure you have a shortcut to TvT on your Desktop.

2.)Download Prioaff: http://www.tanksimzw.com/Prioaff.7z
and drag the folder to the same drive your T vs T is on.

3.)Right click on your T34 vs Tiger Shortcut and locate Target:
Highlite and copy the space next to the word Target.
That is your games location info and paste it in a text and save it
with the name TvT_default_local.txt.

* my default looks like this : "H:\Lighthouse Interactive\T34vsTiger\TvsT.exe"

Then copy : H:\Prioaff\prioaff.exe 3 11

and paste it in front of the default local:

Make Sure you Click APPLY

it should look like this:

H:\Prioaff\prioaff.exe 3 11 "H:\Lighthouse Interactive\T34vsTiger\TvsT.exe"

Then change the drive letters. if yours is C:\ change the H:\ to C:\ and so on

Then highlite the whole line and paste it back in the Target line of your

TvT Shortcut.

DONE!

Zee what does exactly that programme do to your computer in terms of performance etc? Is it for all pcs/laptops or is it designed for some specific

For people using 64 bit systems, you might want to try this utility found on this page. Can be a bit hard at times to get this page open, but when it does, look in the Utilities section, for the 4GB Patch exe. A lot of these sims were based on OS that would only allow 2 GB of memory to be used. With this utility, you can get them to use 4 GB. Again, this is for 64 bit systems.
