sc ocean vulture no contacts
 
hi new to sub command and new to this forum I have been recently playing the seawolf campaign and when I got to the ocean vulture mission I noticed no other contacts I turned show truth on and there is nothing. I used the time accelerator and still nothing. any help would be greatly appreciated. I am using sub command DL from Steam

I copied the mission and converted it to a single mission (change .mc to .ms) and had the same thing. Ofcourse, it is not intended to play the mission out of sequence (I haven't played the campaign in this install), so that may be the reason for me.

Future mission events can be dependent on performance in past missions. Units you sunk in earlier mission may not reappear later. Or bad performance may result in more opposition in later missions. But I doubt this is the reason, as there should atleast be spawned something.

Any chance of a mod conflict?

no mods added I just downloaded from steam and started playing
