Yes it works, but you must use DOS BOX, VER 0.74 AND IT WORKS LIKE A CHARMED. HOPE THIS HELP.

Oh. DOSBox. I can't get my games to run in DOSBox. I'm trying to play The Elder Scrolls Arena but I get blank screens.

Yes it works in win 7, but using DOSBOX 0.74 ver, try it, and many other games as well.
