Friendly fire? what are you talking about? Most part of the war Finns and Germans where allies, or more correct, they had the same enemy.

Note that the plane is not finnish made, but it's a Hawker Hurricane (probably Mk1) and most finish planes where given to them, (or sold).

Also note that Sweden sended the "Swedish Voluntary Air Force" (or F19) with 12 fighters (mostly or only J-8 Gladiators), 5 bombers and 8 different planes. IT dosn't sounds like much, but that was a third of Swedens entire air force, and played a significant part in the war.

Hehe, got a bit carried away.....

None that I know of.

AND WE WERE THERE FIRST!

Christ we used planes over 15 years old!!!:rotfl:

ehm mate, you were like fighting the biggest country in the world, and here is the strength differences in the first war:

Finland:
250 000 men
30(!!!!!!!) tanks
130 aircraft

U.S.S.R (Union of Soviet Socialist Republics)
1 000 000 men
3000 tanks
3800 aircraft

You had all reason to use 15 year old planes mate:up:

That was the Winter War 1939-1940. Back then we didn't have Germanys support. No Hurricanes back then lol!

The odds were evened out during the Continuation War (1941-1944), because we received brand new weapons, equipment and even soldiers from Germany. Also, we didn't have as tough resistance, since the USSR put all its assets against the Germans.
But in the summer of 1944 hell broke loose again...:shifty:
But that's another story...:|\\

That's what I thought too.

Likewise with us Norsemen. Old biplanes from World War I, steam boats, what the Heck not. If it could fly or drive, we took it. Military wasn't #1 on the Scandinavians' budgets.

The Swedes make some incredible fighter planes today, though. And the newest Stealth MTBs from Norway and Sweden are pretty impressive. We should've had them in 1940:p.

That's a really good shot. Only I'd remove the event camera and interface.

Well, the Erie Canal runs from Buffalo, New York, on Lake Erie to the Albany on the Hudson River:

That's amazing! Most SHIII aircraft have white windows, with no interiors. I wish they all looked that good.

They will, eventually. At least in some SH3 installations. :)
