An interesting bit of Ramones trivia...
Although The Ramones are heavily associated with the city of New York, two of the deceased band members are interred in Hollywood,CA, at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery (just a few blocks from from my home), a very old Hollywood cemetery where the graves of a great many of the stars of Old Hollywood can be found; well, actually and technically, only one the two Ramones is currently interred; Dee DEE Ramone has a rather nice headstone on his grave and fans often stop by to visit and leave gifts (the lipstick marks are real, left behind by mourning fans):

Johnny Ramone's grave site is nearby, but a bit away from Dee Dee's since there was apparently a bit of bad blood between them that extended after death; this is Johnny Ramone's grave site:

Johnny and his widow, Linda, had planned for the monument, featuring a 4-foot tall statue of Johnny, before Johnny's death in 2004; it is Johhny's grave that has no occupant: Linda opted to keep Johhny's ashes in storage until she also died and then both of their remains would be placed at the grave site...
...another interesting bit of trivia: Johnny Ramone was a life long Conservative Republican...
