Evacuation. (These guys were a bit premature. The sucker took another two torpedoes to finally sink)

1. BUKER, nice shots very realistic looking. What mod do you use?

2. ENGAN , you can edit your patrol logs with the SH3 commander. After you finish your patrol and update your personnel file go back , click 'Edit patrol logs' . There you can add any details you like : change names , cargos etc.

3. ARAEL , amazing! Was it manually targeted or auto? I haven't been able to hit something at that long ranges even with auto targeting. I use manual targeting.

Q ship

Q ship burning.
The gun was hidden behind wooden crates. There was an other similar gun on the bow.

That is one dedicated gunner, staying at his post in that inferno.

Sailor Steve 10-18-10 11:20 PM

And when the ship is on the bottom, he'll still be faithfully doing his job.

What a man!

VONHARRIS: Yes, it let's you know quite quickly, how many of them are still afloat ;)

How cold is it where you are with your boat?

You will be surprised. I was a few miles NNw of Wilhemshaven , the date was 10 April 1940!

So, did you change something in one of the dat. files?

Jimbuna 10-21-10 06:48 AM

Ifyou dive then resurface that usually rectifies matters.

Gargamel 10-21-10 10:18 PM

EDIT: D'OH! Was supposed to go into humorous thread.

So, I'm on my second patrol using GWX/SH3C and im beginning to wonder how the new weather mods will look, as my first patrol had very mild weather.

Well.......

Bernard's now puking all over the sub, and it ain't his cooking this time. 3-4 days of this so far, and just as the war starts too! Hard to find contacts when your lookouts you tied to the bridge have all drowned, and there aren't any more volunteers.

Well the boat got into a harmonic with the waves, and it would go from 15m+ down and pop up to a boat height or two above the waves.

I've been running submerged as long as possible, but i gotta get fresh air eventually. Running at flank speed only gets a few knots at best usually.

LOL, just watched a trawler dive so far from plunging into a wave it sank!
